Euro NCAP welcomes a new laboratory as part of its network of testing centres across Europe. TECCON Austria newly accredited for passive safety joins ALP.Lab and DSD (already accredited for active safety) as part of Safety Labs Austria (SLA). SLA thus becomes a fully accredited consortium supporting the Euro NCAP test programme.

Allianz calls for greater Safety for Vulnerable Road Users in urban Areas

At the 12th Allianz Motor Day, Allianz called for better protection for pedestrians and cyclists in cities and made concrete demands to politicians, car manufacturers, and fleet operators. Torc Robotics achieves Driver-Out Validation Milestone

MITRE Digital Proving Ground will accelerate Validation of Autonomous Vehicles

MITRE announced its partnership with Mcity at the University of Michigan to develop a virtual and physical autonomous vehicle (AV) validation platform for industry deployment.
